1. Anti-Antilise (gets rid of jagged edges)
2. Feather (Anti-Antilise's best friend)
3. Shadow tool (gives ADVANCED shadows)

You download them as zipped files, pack'em out, move them to program files, paint.net, effects. Now you should find the plugins under effects or under adjusments

go to the website and dont forget to save them in your effects folder..
