default Tips on how to work Paint.net

Guy I can't work Paint.net.

All I can do is put a pic on the screen and add text. (if I am lucky) Most of the time the pick isn't the size I want it to be.

ANy tips on how to work it? And make some AMAZING sigs XD

Check out their website for cool tutorials

I've been messing around with Paint.net too lol, but never seem to get any good at all Crying or Very sad

i use 3 different apps to make my artwork, and paint.net is my least used. Todd knows alot more about paint.net than anyone else here i think.

Cool. Ya i need to make some really professional looking images. But I can't seem to do it.

I'll read the tutorials but how do you work the whole layers thing?

The layers thing:
put an image on-top of another image (obviously)

The tutoials, should give u most of the help you need Charles.

Layers: They are what create graphics. You need to get Xfire so I can talk you through it...but I might make a tutorial (video).

and if im on xfire mate hit me up

i myself have gotten paint.net down to the bone...made of paint brushes

so ya just hit me up ive made some carzystuff from usen it

is paint.net free?
i have it on all our school computers but i have photoshop at home (came with my mum's camera) so i don't really need paint.net

paint.net is free, however photoshop is generally better.

but isn't paint.net like more compatible with internet graphics or something.
it automatically optimizes the images.
in psd's you have to convert them to jpeg.

With Pnd you have to convert to jpeg too. Can anyone give me tips for plugins? I've got some already. Thanks.
