Re: AOE2
kong... seriously... being outside has everything to do with aoe3... like running, and jumping, and tackling people... oh wait... never mind.

Re: AOE2
AoE2.......amazing days, i say it far surpasses aoe3. First of all, teh maps in aoe 2 seem so much bigger. And in aoe 2, you cant turtle. You will run out of resources almost instantly. I just love that game.

Re: AOE2
i think aoe3 is better, just because of the fact it is more shiney.
but yeah, i never play aoe2 online... so i cant really say much.
but i did like the campaign mode ALOT better than aoe3's because wasnt retarded.

Re: AOE2
I played aoe2 online once....and trust me, the epicness is way more. First of all, you have the option to make start locations random, so you end up having to protect trade routes, and your allies dont ,magically pop-up when your under attack. it forces you to be a better player, which i like.

Re: AOE2
Its online is weird. the actual matchmaking ( equivlalent of ESO) is down, but you can still connect to IPs that are hosting, and Gamespy is in charge of aoe2's online now anyway

Re: AOE2
Gamespy just has rooms where its like "Join my game!" Than you get the IP address, and it works out as if it was a regular connect-by-ip game. a bunch of things worked like that back in the day
